Feb 25 Happy Valley Training 9pm

We have the rugby pitch this Thursday again in Happy Valley to do fitness and ball training from 9pm-1030pm. Hope you guys can join and get some excercise during the weekdays. We will do some shuttle running, ball training, etc and a small game with cones as goal posts. The fee is hkd 30.
