- On game day. When you drop out you have to SMS/text the organizer on the above mentioned number. No text = no drop out, which will result in paying the game fee +penalty. drop out on the website is not accepted.
– Drop outs 2h before the game will result in fee payment even if you txt the organizer
– No txt and no show will result in fee payment + 1 fee penalty
– Repetitive behavior of the above will result in other penalties that we don’t even know yet. But hopefully we won’t need
