This Wednesday, Nov 17 2010, a FIFA Friendly Match will be held between Hong Kong and Paraguay at Hong Kong Stadium. Paraguayan stars, like Roque Santa Cruz, will be coming to the match.

May 15 FA Cup final 9pm

Hey everyone, i have booked a few tables for us at the Dickens bar in Causeway Bay to watch the FA Cup final on May 15. The reservation is at 9pm, the game starts at 10pm.

Furhermore, the soccer sevens are still on the schedule as well.

The games are played at the HKFC stadium in Happy Valley, 5 minutes walk from the pitch we play on. Tickets are sold for HKD120 per day, games are played from 8am-8pm.

CFN’s May 15 will look like this:
– Game in Happy Valley at 1pm.
– Some of us will go to the Soccer 7s, buying ticket at the ticket counter at the stadium.
– Soccer 7s finishes at 8pm, we walk to the Dickens bar.

As for the game, sign up will start on the Monday of that week.
Please let me know if you are in for Soccer 7s or FA cup final, or both.

Casual Football Network is growing day by day, thanks everyone for your support. Currently, we have 70 members(59 active) and during game days we play the game and go home right after. Therefore, it would be nice to get together outside of the pitch once a month. To get to know each other, talk about football, etc. etc.

In cooperation with Bulldog’s Bar and Grill Hong Kong, CFN will organize a monthly gathering on the third Friday of each month. The first gathering is on Friday March 19 from 7pm – 10pm.

Bulldog’s is offering us:
-Our own area in the bar with balcony
-Discount on the food menu
-Extended Happy Hour(2 for 1) till 9pm(normal Happy Hour is till 8pm)
-Some snack platters to enjoy our drinks with
-Large plasma tv with dvd player to play football dvd’s or watch a game

We will also have:
-A lucky draw for dinner coupons(uncertain)
-Price give away to the least Casual player of the month(starting next gathering).

Food and drinks will be charged on a individual basis
