We have the rugby pitch this Thursday again in Happy Valley to do fitness and ball training from 9pm-1030pm. Hope you guys can join and get some exercise during the weekdays. This week’s training session will be a little different, as we have a training on Monday already. We will do 2 laps around the pitch and have a game after. The fee is hkd 30.
